MaryFrances Coleman CEO
MaryFrances Coleman is a longtime Real Estate Executive, Attorney, Strategist, and Real Estate Broker whose career has centered on the operational and legal side of building real estate organizations. She served as Chief Operating Officer of eXp Realty from 2017 to 2019, and as Vice President of Operations at HomeSmart International from 2005 to 2008, and has held senior leadership positions with Realty Executives and Fidelity National Title.
Jesse Watson Chief Brokerage Officer
Jesse Watson Jr. is the Chief Brokerage Officer of hōmhub.ai, overseeing multiple brokerage brands including Detour, Detour REA, and NOW. A Texas real estate veteran, he leads licensing, compliance, and multi-brand operational strategy while championing a “Brokerage-as-a-Service” model that empowers agents to focus on relationships and client value.
Through hōmhub.ai’s AI-Powered ReOS, Jesse is helping redefine how homes are managed across their lifecycle. He is currently pursuing an Executive DBA at the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business.
Jon Wagner General Counsel
For over half a century, Jon Wagner has navigated the complex currents of the legal landscape with unwavering precision. A senior partner at Racusin & Wagner, L.L.P., his considerable expertise spans complex corporate transactions, real estate, and a wide variety of litigation. Armed with a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law, Jon’s strategic abilities are matched only by his deep-seated authority – honed through decades of leadership at prestigious Houston law firms and as a guest lecturer at the University of Houston Executive MBA Program.
