DETOUR is led by CEO MaryFrances Coleman, a longtime Real Estate Executive, Attorney, Strategist, and Real Estate Broker whose career has centered on the operational and legal side of building real estate organizations. Her background includes serving as Chief Operating Officer of eXp Realty from 2017 to 2019, during an important period in the growth of its cloud-based brokerage model, as well as serving as Vice President of Operations at HomeSmart International from 2005 to 2008. She has also held senior leadership positions with Realty Executives and Fidelity National Title. HousingWire previously highlighted Coleman specifically for the perspective she developed through leadership roles at eXp, HomeSmart, Realty Executives, Fidelity National Title, and other major real estate organizations.
